SCOPE OF WORK

  • Photography: Captured high-resolution lifestyle, product, and facility imagery for use across web, print, and social channels. Emphasized authentic scenes that highlight product integration, quality, and user context. Delivered shot lists, edited selects, and print-ready files.

  • Video production: Planned and executed short-form and long-form video assets, including product demos, customer testimonial shorts, facility b-roll, and executive messaging. Managed pre-production (scripting, storyboarding, location scouting), production (cinematography, lighting, sound), and post-production (editing, color grading, motion graphics, captions) to ensure platform-appropriate formats and on-brand pacing.

  • Social strategy consultations: Audited existing social channels and content performance, developed content pillars and a posting cadence tailored to Webasto’s audience, and recommended formats and messaging strategies to maximize reach and conversion. Proposed KPI-focused campaigns, creative templates for scalable content creation, and best practices for community engagement and paid/social amplification.

Key outcomes

  • Increased readiness of visual assets for multi-channel distribution—reusable photo and video libraries that reduced turnaround time for campaigns and product launches.

  • Improved social content performance through platform-optimized video cuts, caption strategies, and consistent brand storytelling, resulting in higher engagement rates and clearer content ROI alignment.

  • Operational efficiencies from strategic guidance: content production workflows, templated briefs, and repurposing strategies that lowered production cost per asset and accelerated campaign deployment.

Deliverables

  • Full shoot decks, shot lists, and production schedules

  • Edited photo galleries and retouched selects (delivery in required formats/resolutions)

  • Final video masters plus optimized social edits and caption sets

2022 Focused on sustainability and innovation messaging: corporate films on R&D initiatives, EV heating solutions, and reduced-emissions goals. Created case-study videos for OEM partners and animated explainers, simplifying complex thermal technologies for nontechnical audiences.
